Marlon Salazar

Founder & Director Manila

Marlon started in the video production industry in 2009. He started as a cinematographer for Portfolio Studio Makati, created music videos and commercials. He then shifted to editorial videos when he transferred to Summit Media, the Philippines’ largest online lifestyle network. He has worked on a number of advertising projects since then and is still working with satisfied clients even after he transitioned to MARS Digital Studios.

RV Aquino

Founder & Director Melbourne

RV is the founder and director of Mars Digital Studios. Born and raised in the islands of the Philippines, he now resides in Melbourne. His background in all aspects of visual creativity, (Video, Illustration, Graphics and UI) inform him of mindful but competitive approach. He started as a video producer for for Philippines’ top photographer Raymund Isaac. RV, fueled by his passion for sharing stories, started MARS Digital Studios to share his story to the world


Mike Salazar

Marketing Manila

Experienced in business and engineering field, Mike is capable in customer relationship and marketing. An entrepreneur since 2013, Mike handled a variety of different projects from technical to shooting videos. His expertise in business and marketing makes him a valuable asset to MARS Digital Studios.

Marc Brimon

Cinematographer Manila

Marc is a Multimedia Arts graduate of Asia Pacific College before becoming the on-call MARS Digital Studios Director of Photography. He is currently working as a Cinematographer, a Freelance Videographer and a full-time Camera Operator in one of the known TV networks in the Philippines.

Bea Sykimte

Producer Doha

A Flight Attendant for almost 11 years, Bea transitioned as MARS Digital Studios’ Producer in 2020. Her expertise in handling customer service and problem solving makes her a valuable team member.
